 not recommend! as cold pack July 20, 2010

I bought it for a cold pack, but it doesn't work! I placed it in fregirator for whole day and it just doesn't get cold. Before throwing it away, I checked what's in the bag. And there was tons raw rice filled in a sack... I just don't get it how does raw rice could be work as a hot pack or cold pack. Anyway if your looking for a cold pack, buy other, not bed buddy.

I borrowed a friends Bed Buddy, Back wrap,loved it and had to have one ,I shopped around found the product, and price I wanted on Amazon.I am having spine surgery shortly and at night i use it in microwave then I might freeze it ,I use it in the car it stays warm quite a while.wonderful quick service Thanks,

I bought this because I wanted a cold pack to wrap around the back of my neck. I am very disappointed. I followed the instructions and left it in the freezer (for several days) and it just does not get cold - at all. I'm no expert, but I think it's because the material inside is very dry - it feels like crushed rice or sand or something like that. I have a cold pack with some sort of liquid in it and it get very cold. This does not.

I have been using Bed Buddy for several years now. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Arthiritis and use this product faithfully. It help relieve my pain and soothes my muscles. I would recommend this product to anyone with chronic pain
