Symptoms: arthritis in neck and thumb, lower back pain, old rotator cuff injury.
Alternately living with aches, pains or daily doses of Aleve (which only gave me partial relief) I took a leap of faith with the topical Cobroxin.
Day 1: received the topical Cobroxin & started using it 4 times a day as recommended. Did not die from cobra venom. Day 2: Still skeptical about it's effectiveness and trying my best to remember to rub it in my arthritic neck, shoulders, & thumb plus a sore lower back 4 times a day.......is this worth it? Day 3: drove 6 hours - this usually ends up giving me even worse aches. Day 4: woke up amazed.....stiffness and pain in the neck & shoulders is greatly relieved, lower back and thumb still a bit sore but much better than usual. I have not experienced any headaches. I think you need to be religious about using it 4 times a day to start and then as needed. An order goes in today for some for my husband, my mother, my daughter and my brother. I say give it a try, heed the instructions, and if it doesn't work for you at least it doesn't cost an arm and a leg or lock you into "monthly" shipments. And a little goes a long way so I think a bottle will last more than a month.

I was slightly sceptical at first but this product definately does what it is designed to do. It will become a permanent item in my medicine cabinet from now on.

I did not see any change with Cobroxin nor did I get any relief from the pain. I hoped it would help with my neuroma in my foot, but putting the ointment on the top and bottom of my foot did not help anythiing.

Cobroxin may not work for every type of pain but for arthritis related pain and muscle spasms it seems to cut pain levels significantly with no detected side effects. The relief takes a while and one has to use it for as much as a week before it kicks in. Its action seems partially cumulative but once you are "sensitive" to it then use a couple of times a day and see if that works.
For me it works well if I have been using it at least twice a day regularly but if I forget for a while day then it may be another 24 hours before it picks up any major pain releif.
I like it since there remains enough pain/discomfort to keep me from doing something I shouldn't be doing.

I have severe arthritis in my right ankle and have seen pain specialists, used pain killers, did physical therapy and used many topical ointments both OTC and prescription. I began using Cobroxin gel about one month ago. Within a couple of days I noticed a distinct improvement and after one full week the pain was gone almost 100%. It is the best treatment for my ankle that I have found and will continue to use it. Great product, highly recommended.
