 Worth a Try July 20, 2010

I heard a lot about this product from other people, so I decided to give it a try. I got the roll on so I wouldn't have to get the stuff all over my hands, you know, avoid making a mess.
I have to say the stuff is pretty cool- literally. After you roll this stuff over an area a few times, things definitely feel colder. Does it relieve all the pain? Well, not in my experience, but it sure can help. I say it's well worth a try- not too expensive, so you're really not out much. Handy to have around in a pinch.

A co-worker recommended BIOFREEZE when he saw me limping into the office with a sore knee. He brought in his own tube for me to try and I was amazed at how fast it worked. The pain in my knee was 90% gone and I was even able to walk up and down the stairs without limping. Using BIOFREEZE, I was no longer reluctant to do my knee rehab exercises because they were not as painful and I'm sure this great product helped speed my recovery.

Great after rotator cuff surgery March 24, 2010

Hard to believe how painful your shoulder can be after rotator cuff surgery. I had tried a couple of similar brands, along with pads, but BioFreeze seems to do the best job, and the effects last the longest. I'm hoping not to need it soon, but for the present, it's great!

In June I had bilateral knee surgery, and had some stiffness and a knot in the calf muscle that physio didn't help. The Dr.ordered deep massage therapy and the massage therapist used Biofreeze, and after the massage the knot was gone for several days, now I am just using the Biofreeze and walking just fine.
