We bought a TENS system for my husband's back and legs. These strips work great and hold up for many uses. Even when they start to lose their stick you just apply a little water and it brings them back to life - or use a back wrap to keep them in place. Use them on your back, arms, legs, abs, etc.

These pads are really nice and large, but slip on my lower back. Found that the long skinny strips are far better for using on lower back area. These are good for shoulders. The do stick well and last about 8 uses before losing stickiness. Found that wiping with an alcohol wipe before applying makes them stickier.

The butterfly electrode worked at first, then it wouldn't stay on. It seems to be sticky enough but have trouble keeping it on my back. I wash and dry the area, have also used alcohol to clean the area. It will stay for awhile but comes off. It works while it stays on.
Wish it lasted longer, (unless I am doing something wrong).

The problem with this product is that the backing is way to stiff and thick. Any small movement, and the pad wants to come off.
