I think this is a great product allowing you to use the TENS stimulation across your entire back.. Wish the electrodes were a bit shorter as a bit difficult to apply and take off without help. The product ( The device and two types of electordes were delivered in 3 separate packages and all quickly) I was Surprised that one vendor did not handle all three items.

This is a well-conceived, convenient and practical, effective and efficient strip that may, for some individuals, substitute for 4 separate, smaller, circular or squarish electrodes. It hits the right spots without the fuss and clutter of 2 to 4 electrodes and as many lead wires. It's packaged in a manner that allows the user to store and seal it for extended use.
The spot it doesn't hit hard (at least as I write this) is the pocketbook. The seller (LG) has made it possible for the buyer to order it at a modest price and without the postage gouging (surprise!) that accompanies many of the items available on Amazon but not through Prime. As presently priced, it may represent an opportunity.
[I knew I should have stocked up: the price has more than doubled. I'd still order at this price, but for the time being patience is necessarily the order of the day.]

Amazing... If you suffer from lower back pain you have got to try this product. This electrode works better then any other I have tried. It is soft and flexible and sticks phenomenally well. Most importantly, the pain disappears... I have gone to the chiropractor for years and used their professional machines and these electrodes make my little belt mounted TENS unit feels 10 times as powerful.

When you turn your head 90 degrees to the right (or left if you prefer) to view the current photo shown, you will see how this combined set of two electrodes is placed on the back. When you look at the current photo shown you will see a whiter space in the middle -- there are no electrodes here. This white area covers the spine and does not have an electrode. One could cut the strip in the middle portion that is not an electrode and have two shorter electrodes for use as desired. Since your TENS unit or Inferential unit has two channels you may want to order two of these, so you can position one above the other (allowing 4 to 6 inches space between them).
The seller ships this out currently with free shipping as USPS First Class Mail with a Delivery Confirmation tracking number.
The design (more coverage) should work better for you than two 2 inch by 2 inch pads. Of course, if you have a very small area of pain/discomfort then the smaller size electrode pads may be better for you.
As each person is different you may want to try different electrode pads that are appropriately sized for the area to receive electrotherapy treatment. This way you should through some "trial and error" experience find what works best in your personal case.
Placing one of these combo electrode pads at the top of the back and another about 4 to 6 inches below (just at the bottom of the "shoulder blades") should relax and loosen up these upper back muscles so that your breathing relaxes and you can then shrug your shoulders with ease and most likely sleep better. Sitting at a computer can cause these upper back muscles to tense up and your TENS or Interferential unit and these special electrodes can un-tense your upper back and shoulder muscles for your benefit. Likewise, position these electrode pads on your lower back to relax muscle spasms you may be having there.
My chiropracter's "rule of thumb" is to do a 30 second stretch every 30 minutes of sitting. That's 16 thirty second stretches every 8 hour work day.
By continuing to do some research and study in electrotherapy you should continue to improve in your electrode pad selection and use. The better job you do at electrode pad placement and positioning the better your overall results will be.

I have lower back pains from an accident. I have tried the 2x2 and 2x3.5 which are good and work well but these 1.5 x 14 are great and work even better. They cover a much larger area in my lower back. These work and fell so good that I ordered 10 more just in case they decide not to make them anymore. To keep them fresh, I suggest to all who buy any type of Electrode to keep them in the frig where it is cold. If you feel that they don't stick too well anymore, try a drop or two of water on the sticky side of the electrode, spread these drops of water around, let it soak in for a minute and stick the backing back on until the next use. This will keep them going for even longer. Thank you Amazon and LGMed Supply2 for carrying these great electrodes!!!!
