Active ingredients(per powder): Acetaminophen 325 mg, aspirin 500 mg and caffeine 65 mg. Uses: Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to: headaches, backache, toothache, menstrual cramps, colds muscular aches, temporarily reduces fever. Warnings Reye's syndrome: Children and teenagers should not use this drug for chicken pox or flu symptoms before a doctor is asked about Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious illness reported to be associated with aspirin. Allergy alert: Aspirin may cause a severe allergic reaction which may include: hives facial swelling shock asthma (wheezing) Alcohol warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage and stomach bleeding. Do not use: with another product containing acetaminophen if you have ever had an allergic reaction to aspirin or any other pain reliever/fever reducer.

As a migraine sufferer, I am always on the look out for something to 'take the edge off' until I can get home and take my prescription medication. Goody's Cool Orange Extra Strength powders work FAST because they are in powder form. The three primary components of the extra strength version include acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine. These knock out a headache and dull a migraine better than any other over the counter meds i've tried. I definitely recommend this product. Since it is in a powder, you do 'taste' the product more which is not fantastic. I prefer the Cool Orange flavor over the regular 'non flavored' powders... that little bit of flavor makes a difference. Although this product can be taken 'as is' without anything to drink, I STRONGLY recommend drinking something with this as it makes it go down faster and also allows you to 'rinse' the taste from your mouth. Overall, I think Goody's Cool Orange Extra Strength headache powders work GREAT.

These Goody's Cool Orange powders work better then anything else out there for getting rid of my headache. If you are using the original Goody's or BC Powder you should give these a try. They work much better for me!

I cannot recommend this product enough! Because its powder, it will relieve your worst headache in minutes. I am, however, disappointed I cannot find it in stores anymore, just the plain Goody's which tastes awful! If you've tried the plain Goody's and hated it, give the orange ones a try- they are awesome! The packaging is also very convenient for slipping into your pocket or throwing into a bag.
This is the only pain reliever I use now!
