We have tried several different brands of "pain patches" with mixed results, but it wasn't until a friend told us about "Tiger Balm" did we finaly find one that works well for both my joint pain and my wife's back pain. We have used all of the different sizes of these patches and they stay on great, don't get too hot, and provide very quick relief.
Highly recommended!

I purchased thses because I'd purchased them from CVS in the past and thought that they were helpful. However, the quality of these patches was subpar and don't 'heat up' the way that the other patches did. I'm disappointed.

After the gym or when you feel achy from a cold, this patch works wonders! My boyfriend lifts heavy weight at the gym and sometimes its a little too much. There's always the Epsom Salt bath approach, but for anyone who doesn't like to just lay in the tub - I TOTALLY RECOMMEND slapping this on the pain filled area and just continuing with your day.
