This is the second order I have received of this product. I have a very bad back and if used right you will not have to take any pain medicine or at leaast very little.
I rate these pads as a 5 plus.

This is my first purchase of this type of item, but based on the previous reviews, I chose these and have not been disappointed, work great and I will purchase these again.

it was a reasonable priced product, however, the quality was not what I expected. I can only get a few uses out of each of the pads; they lose their sticky-ness quickly
