I'm not a pharmacist, I'm a consumer. I take Excedrin for headaches, I take another OTC drug for muscle or bone aches. Excedrin has always worked for me in this regard. When I feel a headache coming on, I immediately down a couple Excedrin and it either minimizes or eliminates the head pain. I'm brand favorite in this regard.
