This product is very good when one has a sore muscle or arthritic joints. You just have to be careful to wash it off your hands so you don't get it in your eyes.

I've been using Sombra for quite some time now and have found few similar items that can compare.
I've used the typical over-the-counter stuff like Icy Hot and Ben Gay along with more specialized items like Biofreeze. But among these, Sombra is clearly the best. Why you may ask, well:
1.It doesn't have that less than pleasant artificial hospital-like scent. Instead, it has a very pleasing and mild floral scent that is OK for even the most sensitive noses.
2.It's natural and doesn't come with all the added chemicals of the others.
3.It's affordable.
4.It works quickly and generally without any uncomfortable stinging sensations.
I've only found one product better but unlike Sombra, it can cause allergic reactions in some people.
I'd recommend this to anyone.

This is a great product! I am a Massage Therapist and my clients love this stuff. It's warm and it helps relieve pain and tension in the muscles and joints. Everyone loves the citrus smell and it's not oily or greasy.

I found out about this product from my therapist. I am so thankful that I did, it really does help with my shoulder pain. She uses it for back pain and say's that it helps tremendously. I also love the natural ingredients.
