I have tried several kinds of food detox pads in the past, a few of which really don't live up to their claims. I have some minor food allergies and other aches, and I actually did feel better after using these pads. They are smaller than many of the other pads I am used to using, and this allows targeting of specific areas each night without sending your body into a detox-shock. It appears I have not lost weight or water from using them, and it also seems they are not causing any mineral/vitamin/prescription medication loss. I do not use them continually, but every third night or so. They do not smell as bad as many of the other pads after use.

I was skeptical at first, and yet anxious to try it. I put on the middle of my feet, not much was soaked up, the pads was not black. The next night I moved the pads to the pads of my feet, the next morning the Detox Foot Pads were black. For me the pads of my feet were where the toxins in my body had accumulated. I continued putting the pads there for the duration. I noticed my knee pain was no longer throbbing intermittently as before and to this day no knee pain.

Hello All..
I do not usually do this...but I really feel these pads have 'saved my life'!I will risk sounding Over Dramatic & All Else here..I simply don't care..But Nancy (who 'run's' the company) at Body-Relief..along w/ Dr. Brooks..who works thru her company offering Beyond Reasonable 'Diagnoses' of your 'used' pads (among other things) are Amazing people..
Body-relief offers Superb, 1 on 1 Customer Service..like in 'the olden days'...:) w/ expedient delivery..Nancy is caring, knowledgeable, offers wonderful products, pricing, services...She is there by e or phone to help you w/ Anything she can..she is a wealth of knowledge & I just Love that..& if she cannot answer your question..she is honest about it..never tries to 'hard sell you Anything' you do not need or want...but will always try & come up w/ some ref links &/or.. of course..there is her associate..Dr. B..:)
No Other Pads Are Like These..Whatever it is...I feel better in a matter of days..(well 1st I sometimes actually see the Toxicity coming out...like in facial breakouts etc.... in my case..it was very serious at times..now much better....)
Ex: after using various Detox supps..I put on my Pads at nite...referring to reflexology Foot Chart they send you for positioning...2 per nite..at least for 3-4 nites in a row..and Boom..after the 1st nite..I wake up & my Face is Clear & Then it Only Get's Better From There!! :)
I could go on & on but suffice to say...I Always Feel Better when I use my Body Relief Detox Pads..No Matter What is Ailing Me..even if it just in Maintenance Mode ..2-3x a week for my Degenerative Arthritis..or for Occasional Generic Detoxing/Balancing the ol' bod..:)

I really recommend this product to anyone who is not just looking to flush out toxins from their body, but also for anyone who is not a morning person! I originally bought these foot pads to naturally clean out my system, which not only does that wonderfully, but after each night I use them, I wake up refreshed, not tired, and very energized! I am not a morning person! I always used to wake up in the morning and still feel very tired, to the point where I felt like I needed to drink an extra large cup of coffee to actually be awake. However, I have stopped drinking coffee now after using these foot pads regularly because I feel great and fully AWAKE in the morning! Not only that though! I have terrible seasonal allergies and frequently wake up with my eyes, nose, and throat itching like crazy! However, after using these foot pads directly on my feet for the first night, in the morning I woke up with no allergy symptoms at all! Results may vary with each person, but this has definitely worked for me and I will buy again and again. Thank you! By the way, the smell does smell like a wood kind of smell and vinegar after taking them off, but after rinsing your feet the smell is gone. I don't mind it at all.

This patches are a bit pricey, but they are awesome. It feels like they are stronger then other brands i bought - at least that is what is my feeling in the morning, after i take them off. The only thing - the pack lasts only for 5 days, and if you are going for the serious cleaning - that money could add up really quickly.
