We have a son who runs marathons; he travels over the country and the world for the purpose of running marathons. My wife and I asked him a few months ago to recommend a gel or rub for muscular pains. We are at that stage in life when we suffer often from pains in the joints and muscles.
He did more than recommend a jel ; he brought BioFreeze over to our house as a gift to us. We used it and found it the best of the pain relieving gels that we have used. It has an odor; not too pungent but one may know that you have rubbed with something. I think it may be best to use it in the evening just before you go to bed.
When I asked my wife: "What do you think of the BioFreeze?" Her response was, "I like It." So I placed my order at Amazon for 3 pack.

I have been purchasing Bio Freeze for over a year. It does exactly what it promises -
stops pain from minor aches and arthritis. It is reasonably priced and lasts a long time. It keeps me pain free so I can function.

This stuff works so incredibly well, so much better than DeepHeat & ALL those other products, it dries very quickly & your eyes will not explode if touched like some of the other products out there.
My arthritic knees leave me incapacitated at times & BioFreeze helps so much & also with any muscular trouble.
