 Really Dissatisfied with this product July 7, 2010

I put the wrap in the microwave (first time) at the prescribed time (my microwave is weak at that) and when I removed it all the tiny beads poured out on the floor. Up by the tag there was a hole a little smaller than the size of a dime. First & last time I was able to use it.

This doesnt' hold heat or cold for very long.After about five minutes or so, the temp (hot or cold) begins to fade. I already have something similar to do this, and it too doesn't hold temps well...I purchased this one because I thought it would do otherwise. I gave it three stars instead of two because the shape is just right and fits perfectly on my neck. Overall, I'm very disappointed with it's performance.

This is my first neck wrap/moist heat product attempt. There were so many to choose from and really, I chose this one because the reviews were so positive. I love this product! One minute in the microwave made it plenty hot for my neck and it's shaped well to stay in place and not shift around while I walk and move. The price was right and it's doing just what I needed it to do. A happy customer!

This doesn't stay hot long enough to do any good. I ended up using this as a cold pack for headaches instead of a hot pack for my neck as intended. I wish I could have one of those hot pads from the physical therapy office instead.

Read the instructions before using. Approximately a 2 cm hole opened up after the second microwaving.... dont microwave it more then 1:30 mins after u already microwaved it once within 30mins.
