Heats up really fast. There's definitely a difference between each level of heat. The pad is very flexible to wrap around a leg or arm.

I ordered this heating pad on 11/04/09 and received an email on 11/13/09 stating that it was out of stock. I cancelled the order when I received the email from AmericaRX, but they sent it anyway.
I called them and they said to return the package and I would get my refund of $14.80. I still do not have my refund.
